Return & Exchange

1. Overview

At Happydandis, we want you to love your plush friend! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
•    Unused & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.
•    Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
•    Proof of Purchase: You must provide an order number or receipt for the return to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
•    Final sale or clearance items.
•    Used, damaged, or altered items (unless defective upon arrival)

3. How to Initiate a Return

1.    Contact Us: Email support@happydandis.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.    Receive Return Instructions: We’ll provide return shipping details.
3.    Ship the Item Back: Package your item securely and send it to the return address provided.
4.    Processing & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, or defective item).

4. Exchanges

Need a different plush? We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective. If you want a different plush, you’ll need to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your plush arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
•    Order number
•    Photos of the defect/damage
We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

6. Refunds

•    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
•    If your item was a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
•    We do not offer refunds for orders marked as delivered but lost or stolen.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1.    Check Your Bank Account – Refunds can take several business days to reflect.
2.    Contact Your Payment Provider – Credit card refunds may take longer to post.
3.    Still No Refund? Email us at support@happydandis.com for assistance.

8. International Orders

Currently, we do not offer international shipping or returns. If you have questions, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

Happydandis reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
