What goes on the card?

Your words, exactly as you wrote them, on a keepsake card. Up to 150 characters.

Do I have to write a note?

Yes. Every Happydandis goes out with one. Stuck? Find the words has notes you can use as they are, or change.

How long can my note be?

Up to 150 characters, about two or three sentences. Shorter tends to land better anyway.

Can I sign it?

Yes. There's a field for however you want to sign it: Dad, Jane, your favorite cousin. Leave it blank and no name goes on the card.

I don't know what to write.

Start at Find the words. Pick what you want to say (thinking of you, feel better, something to celebrate, just because) and use a note as it is, or change every word.

Can I send it straight to them?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and it ships directly to them, gift-boxed, with your note inside.

Will they see the price?

No. There's no receipt or price in the box.

Can I send more than one?

Yes, each with its own note, but one order ships to one address. To send to different people, place separate orders.

How big are they?

About 11 inches tall, with weighted feet and bottom, so they sit upright on a desk or shelf rather than slumping.

Are they safe for children?

Yes. They meet US toy safety standards and are recommended for ages 3 and up.

How do I clean one?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry.

How long does it take?

Three to five business days, by USPS or UPS. Need it sooner? Choose Faster delivery at checkout. It goes by USPS Priority Mail and arrives in two to three business days.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every US order. Faster delivery is $9.

How do I track it?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. United States only.

What if they don't love it?

Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you.
