Delivery times and options

Orders placed after 2 PM Central count from the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and count business days only; weekends and US holidays are not included.

Standard shipping (USPS or UPS)
• Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Cost: free on every US order

Faster delivery (USPS Priority Mail)
• Delivery: 2–3 business days
• Cost: $9

Shipping terms

1. Where we ship
   • United States only
   • One shipping address per order. To send to different people, place separate orders.
   • Please check the address carefully. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
2. Tracking
   • You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

3. Fees and tax
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
   • Sales tax is applied where required.
4. Undelivered parcels
   • Happydandis is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address, lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, or returned after failed delivery attempts.
5. Changes to an order
   • Email us straight away at hello@happydandis.com. We can usually change a note or an address until the order has been packed.
